You can not see the run way from the road. You will see a large parking
area in front of two large swing gates locked. The runway is behind the large
mound (hill) down the white rock road. Make arrangements with a member to meet
at the
gates or on special event days, Fun Fly, Sailplane Sunday, a short neck combo
lock will also be on the right gate. E-mail me for combo with your AMA number, do not relock on to
the chain, lock back on to the long neck lock.
Plan your route to Kelseyville if your coming from the west (Ukiah)
if you are coming form I-5 follow the map to Lower Lake (29)
if you are coming form Santa Rosa go through Middletown to Lower Lake
if you have ever been to Konocti the field is only 8 miles away on (29) south
of
Kelseyville.
Entrance to field is 7/8 of mile on right when you pass Kits Corner (gas station, food mart, motel) with old west wagon in front
CLMC gate is on the right, follow white rock road on the right to the field 1/2 mile.
