The tips are thinned with more tip taper. The wing is thinned for less drag.

BRUSHED MOTOR SUGGESTION

The suggested motor a Kyosho EndoPlasma 16x2 Motor on 9 cells using the10 tooth pinion gear provides good power to do outside loops30% into the run.

BRUSHLESS MEGA MOTOR

brushless mega motor Acn 22/30/3 direct drive
on 8 cell sub c pack. 12/6.5 prop is also hot and will give a 878ft per min at 47degrees climbout.
 longer life on motor, battery pack and speed control

This set up will give you outside loops 50% into
the run.

Your servo selection should be full size for max torque

Reinforce the horn placement with carbon fiber hard points or 
you'll be sorry!
